The friary plays host to a variety of events and gatherings on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Groups tend to meet either in the church or the friary itself according to their needs.

All are welcome to come along to any of the events listed.

Our weekday mroning mass is at 7 a.m. (mon. to fri.) this is inclusive of morning prayer

Our mass on Saturday is at 12 noon and on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. 

We pray Rosary and Evening Prayer at 5.30 p.m. Mon. to Sat. and Sung evening prayer on Sunday at 5.30 p.m. 

 

The Primary work of the community is that of formation to our own Capuchin way of life 

Our Postulancy programme takes place in this community.

It is also the place from our VOCATIONS MINISTRY is administered 

The following ministries are currently undertaken by the Capuchin fraternity at Raheny:

  • Chaplaincy to Coolmine Community School
  • Chaplaincy to St. Francis Hospice
  • Chaplaincy to St. Joseph's Hospital
  • Ministerial Priesthood

    

Formation and Studies

  • Spiritual Direction
  • Supply Work for Neighbouring Parishes.
  • Finance Resourcing for Missionary Activity
